First of all, please note that no editing, cropping, or other enhancements have yet been performed on the proofs. Due to the sheer volume of photographs, it would not be practical to edit every proof placed on the site for viewing. All editing and cropping is performed when your order is placed. I tend to crop as tight as feasible unless directed not to. If you have a specific idea of how you'd like the finished photo to look, please feel free to tell me and I'll be happy to work with you to create the desired effect.
Washington State residents will be charged 8.6% sales tax - I'm sorry... On the order form, you will find a sliding scale for shipping and handling based on the dollar amount of your order. All photographs are shipped First Class mail in rigid photo mailers and are enclosed in clear plastic protective sleeves to minimize the risk of damage.
There are several ways to order your images.
Download an order form and mail the competed form along with payment to me. You can find the order form by going to the order form link to the left.
Email your order to me. Send me the name of the event, the day (s) you are interested in and the image number (found above the individual images). You will receive a confirmation email back. Orders will be mailed pending payment.
Order images on-line. This method utilized the Paypal network and is becoming quite popular. Follow the directions on the website. You can contact me for help if needed. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email back.
Orders are usually shipped within one week from time of payment. During times of high demand, it may take slightly longer. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Photographs are printed on Glossy, Luster, or Matte paper. If no preference is indicated, the images will be printed on glossy paper. The paper is high quality, resin coated paper which I have been extremely happy with. I trust you will also be very happy with the results.
NOTECARDS:
All notecards are printed on Polar Matte Paper which holds the ink remarkably well! Notecards are sold in sets of 6 and come with matching envelopes. If other quantities are requested, contact me via email or by phone to arrange your order.
I have a large selection of stock notecards, OR you can have personalized cards made using your images. There are a variety of frames I can use. If you have a specific idea of what you'd like, let me know and I will try to accommodate you.
SPECIALTY ITEMS:
I sell a wide variety of items beyond photos and notecards. You can view the most popular items on the specialty item price list shown to the left. There are also other items available. If you have something in mind, contact me to discuss availability.
These items are not done *in-house* so more time is usually required to compete your order. Additionally, there is an extra shipping charge on some of the items (coffee mugs for one) as I have to charge their actual shipping charges for drop shipping. Please contact me for shipping costs on any specialty items you might be interested in.
CD ORDERS:
You can order your photos on disk for a nominal fee per image. The size of each image is approximately 800 x 600 which is a perfect size for emailing to friends, screen savers, or for placement on your website. Each image is cropped and a small copyright stamp is placed in a lower corner. I ask that you respect the copyright stamp and leave the images intact, with the stamp visible. You are welcome to use your images for advertising or on your websites, but again, I ask that you list the appropriate photo credit information.
